This month has been a long one for Susan. Bacon hasn't shown face yet, a little more than a week until d-day. We've finished our classes, gotten the car seat installed, and so on. Mechanically, logistically, theoretically, we are prepared. Psychologically...I'll address that another time.
In other news, Susan's friends Jenn and Jimi Jo put on a great shower here in Chicago on December 6th. Everyone had a blast, and Bacon made quite the little haul. Thanks again to our hostesses, and to all of those who have sent gifts and well wishes.
It won't be so much fun in a few weeks
Here are some photos of us over the holiday break. We stayed in Chicago under orders from the doctor, although after looking at these photos, can you imagine us trekking across country?
Which one should we open first?
Greta was most excited with her new toy
Susan and greta wait patiently through a 'warmup' contraction
If Larry is already holding his nose in the first picture, what's he gonna do when Bacon has his/her first 'messy' diaper?
