I should add that I'm

I should add that I'm pretty sure I heard Bacon punching/kicking the inside of Susan's uterus over the weekend. I had my ear pressed up against there pretty good and heard 3 or 4 swift raps, very distinct from the ambient noises (Susan's stomach gurgling, heartbeat, etc). I think Bacon was mad at me for encroaching on the womb. I like your spunk kid.

Susan has been out of

Susan has been out of town and I'm living the bachelor life for a few days. Dealing with Greta without Susan is a challenge, but we have good friends who lend a hand, so she is pretty content. Of course, she is getting a little lonely since I was out playing soccer Tuesday night and at work all day. Yesterday, when I got home, I thought I smelled something funny. I assumed that Greta had been home alone too long and peed in a corner of the house somewhere. I couldn't find anything and chalked it up to the house being closed up all day. I let her out back and went to the bathroom to relieve myself. When I opened the door, I realized that I probably should have flushed the night before when I came back from my game dehydrated. I promptly apologized to the dog.

Bacon, I will apologize ahead of time for all of the irrational and/or hypocritical things I do or say to you throughout life. Most of the time, I'll have your best intentions in mind. The other times, well, lets just call this your first lesson in the fallability of human nature.
